Postcard bunting

As we know, I have a thing for bunting (as seen there, and here, and here). Well, I also have a thing for free postcards — pretty, arty ones, of course — and have a growing collection.

I decided I had to do something with them — much better than letting them sit around at the bottom of my craft-paper pile. I wanted to string them along some lovely red-and-white baker’s twine I had, but I was struggling with the idea of either punching holes in them or sewing through them.

Then I happened upon some miniature clothes pegs at Typo, and it became clear what I had to do.

Then there was nothing to do but put it up in the study. Quickest bunting I
ever made 🙂
