Never bloody making these again

I made lemon petits fours from Petits Fours. While delicious, I doubt I’ll ever do them again as it was pretty fiddly. Had to make lemon butter, and white chocolate ganache, and finding a damned madeira cake at the shops took more time than making one would have, so next time a recipe tells me to just buy one, I’m following my instincts and making one.

Also had to make sheets of chocolate that I’d dyed a very delicate pink

They turned out very pretty 🙂
