Japanese cooking class

Several of my work colleagues are obsessed with Japanese food — or, like me, just with food — so we all decided to go to a cooking class held by Living Cuisine. It was fun.

We made gyoza:

and miso:

and teriyaki chicken (top right below), and this spinach dish with sesame sauce (top left below):
